    Lou did an excellent job helping us sell my townhouse. He really knows the market and is a good communicator. Our house needed some updating prior to being listed and Lou took care of everything. He got quotes for the work needed and then got the work done prior to listing after we moved out and were out of state. He knew exactly what updates to make to make the house sell for more money. He really made it so easy for me. We got more for the house than we originally thought that we would which was nice. I can’t recommend Lou enough.
